I went to Africa!!!!

I have been away for awhile..my mom has not let me get on the computer much..

She says I need to be outside playing more and on computer less.

I have been wanting to tell all my blog friends about our trip to Africa.

We went last month, I have been home for about 3wks now...boy did I have a BLAST..

I believe my mom did too, but she cries alot while there, because it can be VERY sad to see that the little kids don't always have a safe place to sleep nor have any food to eat.  

But most of the time, she was very happy and we did some really COOL things.

 We went to our friend Praise's house..she is 26yrs old and has taken in 25 children that do not have parents.
We had a great time there.. the kids all did a very fun dance for us

The kids below..loved my mom...they wouldn't leave her side...they even carried her water and bags.
It was funny, because they kept touching her hair and hair on her arms..

They don't have toys..so he tied a string around a water jug and dragged it around..he doesn't have any clothes nor shoes...so we bought him some as well as the other kids too.

I had a really good time...I got to eat bugs I never ate before...there was one day my tummy didn't feel so well because I ate SOOOOO much...and my little tummy isn't use to those bugs.
But I had fun anyway..I got to meet all kinds of new friends..I got to ride on a boda boda (motorcycle).
I went to a really fun church...my mom taught sunday school to all the kids.

At the end of the class they got to ask us al kinds of questions because they have never been to America before. So they wanted to know if we had cows, if we had banana trees in our backyards, if we had trees, how many brothers and sisters I had.  If I like soda and candy...of course I said YES!!
They didn't speak any english so we had a very nice translator named Grace.

I wish my mom would of taken more pictures of me, but she TOTALLY forgot...geez.

Until my next adventure...remember your never to small to accomplish your goals and dreams

Can you believe it is Halloween...this year has gone by soooooooo fast.  My mom was going to make me a costume, but she said I was way to little and her hands are way to big...it would be to hard to make something on her sewing machine that small ( I think she just doesn't want to)...I guess I will just have to go as a FROG...hopefully I wont get stepped on by all the kids..because you know how it is...it's dark..they can't see behind their mask..then the candy make us hyper (my moms words)..so then kids are all over the place acting crazy (again my moms words)..so it can be a little scary out there for a little frog like me.

Maybe I will just hind in the bowl of candy and eat my way through it..what do you think..doesn't that sound like fun?

It is so nice today in NC.  There are two things my mom loves coffee and FroYo (frozen yogurt).

I posted the coffee adventure a couple days ago.

My mom took me to one of here favorite FroYo places here in NC..it's call Sweet Frogs

I was so excited my mom took me..I mean really lets face it..spiders, flies and the occasional crumb from 

the table just get's really boring after awhile.

But I have a very sensitive stomach so I have to be careful.

When I arrived I could not believe it..

Do you see it in this picture...they stole my face..well not really...but just look at it..They look just like ME!!

I need to re-think my career ( I need a manager)...I mean look at this..
I could be a model, REALLY.. I could!

Still in shock when I went in, but once I entered..I was over taken by the color 

and all the CANDY on display...oh and all those flavors...it was just as if the skies opened up

and Heaven fell down to earth for a moment.

Just look at all this candy..

I was so happy...I did the little Hoppity Hoppity dance right there in the middle of the shop.

My mom saw I was so excited that she let me get a HUGE one...

They didn't really have frog flavors like, flies in chocolate, or vanilla grasshopper so I had

 cake batter, coffee and pistachio..YUMMO .

Oh did I mention, that I have the BEST MOM IN THE WHOLE WORLD..let's be honest carrying me around is not that easy...

So take a good close look don't you think I could of been their model?

My mom thinks I am sooooo much cuter too, but then she is very partial.

Remember your NEVER to small to do big things..

It's a wee bit rainy here in North Carolina

WOW!!!  It is really rainy and windy outside today.

My mom won't let me play outside today because...well..

when your my size, I could be taken up by a whirl wind and end up in the neighborhood across

the way.

NOT FUN!!

Because my mom is addicted likes coffee

she took me with her to Jubala.

My mom and dad LOVE this place.

I do have to say it is pretty cool...they put this really cool coffee art in your coffee.

Do you see my little toe there..I dunked it in, then took a taste..YUMMY!!!!..don't tell my mom.

So even though I didn't get to play outside I got to hang out with my mom, while she drank coffee and I got to draw on their HUGE chalk board they have there on the wall.

Mom's not happy with me this morning.

Have you ever had one of those nights when you can't sleep?

Well that was last night for me.

You have to understand, it is sometimes hard for a little frog like me

to stay indoors at night..I mean lets be real I hear

all my friends jibber jabbing outside.

My mom makes me go to bed WAY to earlier in my book.

SO this frog got a little restless last night..I mean can you blame me.

Plus my stomach was growling..there are only so many flies I can catch with on these little legs.

So I tip toed down the stairs..the best I could without making any noise.

But my dog Bud heard me so he comes running up the stairs..which then makes me REALLY

nervouc, because you really can't see me to well because I'm kinda small and all.

So I dive to the right only to stumble over myself all the way down the stairs.

As you can imagine this was NOT fun for me...it's like you humans falling from a roof..NOT GOOD!

I was so disoriented from the fall that somehow...I got on my mom's iPad and clicked to the Disney Channel.

My mom heard all the commotion and ran down stairs...and yep there I was on HER iPad..on the Disney Channel...

Let's be real for a moment...this was FUN!!!

 

BOY WAS SHE NOT HAPPY!!!

These are her words "young lady what are you doing up at this hour"  and "your are on the IPAD"!

"You are to ask before you get on there".

So as you can see she was not happy..not at all!! 

She marched me right back to bed..I didn't even get a snack..uugghh!!

I'm still hungry..

By morning time my neck was hurting so bad from the fall..even my rear end hurt (I fell on it too)...

so my mom took me to my dads office he is a Chiropractor..I got an adjustment so,

I feel much better now..

Since I am feeling so much better now, there will be more adventures ahead..

It's Someones Birthday Today.

Today is my sweet friend Mikayla's Birthday..she is my most best friend in the

WHOLE world!!!

Won't you wish her a happy birthday too.  She is 8yrs old.
